No products in the cart.
Shopping can be initiated either on our ‘Opening page‘ by chosing a category, or in the ‘All products‘ menu where all of our current stock is listed – including all categories and our seasonal collection. The ‘Seasonal collection’ menu (when available) contains the limited models available only for a short period of time.
After chosing your preferred model you need to select your size on the product’s page. On each garment’s data page ther is a size chart to guide you. When your model and size is set click ‘Add to cart’ in order to place your poduct into the basket. Our oversize models are only available in one size.
In order to view your cart click on the small basket icon in the top right corner or the ‘Cart‘ menu in the page footer. If you choose the basket icon in the up right corner of the page, the drop down menu will give you two options: view cart or go to checkout. At checkout you will be asked to provide your billing and shipping address and to choose your method of payment.
The ‘Cart‘ page will give you a detailed overview of your basket content. Clicking the ‘X’ next to the product photo removes the product from the basket. In the quantity column you can change the number of items you wish to purchase. (After making any changes to quantities click ‘update cart’ at the bottom of the page in order to bring the changes to effect.) ‘Calculate shipping’ will show you the actual shipping cost of your entire order. The ‘Shipping and payment‘ menu contains further information on shipping costs.
Make sure your cart contains the products you wish to purchase and you can finalize your order on the ‘Checkout‘ page. To reach ‘Checkout‘ click on the small basket icon in the top right corner then click the ‘Checkout’ button in the bottom right coener, or click the ‘Cart’ menu and chose ‘Proceed to checkout’. On the checkout page you need to fill in your billing details – mandatory fields are marked. In case you order as a company don’t forget to give us your company’s name. When billing and shipping addresses differ check the box next to the shipping address field and fill in your shipping address. Any special request or comments regarding your order are to be indicated in the ‘Order notes’ box. When all billing and shipping details are correct choose your method of payment, agree to the terms of conditions and click ‘Place order’. The ‘Shipping and payment‘ menu (found in the footer of the page) contains further information on payment options.
Click on the little heart on the style’s picture to send it to your whishlist. This option gives you a convenient opportunity to mark each item you like before placing an order. Your wishlist can be viewed by clicking the heart icon in the top right corner of the page or the ‘Wishlist‘ menu in the page footer.
An order can be concluded either as a guest or you can create your own account in order to view your previous orders, update your saved shipping and billing addresses and browse your wishlist. This way you can make a purchase faster as you do not need to fill in your personal data at every checkout. Your can view and make changes to your account in the ‘My account‘ menu in the page footer.
Tracking you order
Your order can be tracket at all times in the ‘Order tracking‘ menu in the page footer. All you need is your e-mail address used at chackout and the order number sent to you in a confirmation e-mail.
Redeeming a coupon
Your discount coupon – if you have one – can be redeemed in the ‘Cart’ menu’s ‘Coupon code’ box. You can also type your code by clicking the ‘Have a coupon?’ link at the topof the ‘Checkout‘ page.
